Rome

Rome
Today I have arrived to Rome around 11:00. I really wanted to go to the city center, however my brain and my body refused to listen to my ideas…

So when I woke up, it was 17:30 already and a time for my first bar visit. This time a little bit unusual though, because I keep my promises. In my unforgettable visit of the Lockwood bar in Paris I've got a mission from a bartender named Simone. This bartender was working in Rome, before he moved to Paris and when he heard me saying, that I go to Rome, he told me to send his greetings to Anima Mundi.

So that's where we are going next. As soon as I left the hotel, it started to rain. Me, as an experienced traveler by now, had no umbrella. ´´Of course I don't need umbrella! I am going to sunny Italy! .. And look : I was in London for three days and the weather was ok. I was in Paris and the weather was ok and EVEN in Bergamo wasn't raining for 2-3 days. (That is a biiiig success) So don't tell me, that I will need an umbrella, when I go to the warmest place from all of my journeys?!

And them BHAAAMM! Karma has replied : ,,Ha,ha,ha,ha, screw You!´´ So as I left the hotel, it started to rain and it will not stop until I will be sitting on the airport Rome Fiumicino 4 days later!

Anyway…

Because of the rain and darkness and not an exact point, where is Anima Mundi located on not a very precize map, I got lost. As always and everywhere. So knowing only the approximate location of this bar, I didn't have any other option, than to check every single street and passage in that area. So, when I finally found the entrance I have seen ½ of the west coast of Italy and nearly the entire Rome...
